Shenhua Ningxia coal Industry has restarted its (Coal-to-propylene) No. 3 polypropylene (PP) unit. Earlier the operations were resumed last week after a brief maintenance schedule. Unit is based at Ningxia in province of China and has the production capacity of 3,00,000 mt/year.
