China based Hailun Petrochemical plant is operating at full capacity. Earlier the company sources said that plant was facing some technical plant in one of its unit. But the company sources confirmed that plant is being operated normally and no such plans of taking plant for shut down. The company started a new plant in September 2014 having the capacity of 1.2 million mt/year. Now the company is able to produce 2.4 million mt/year of PTA. Plant is located at Jiangyin City, Jiangsu province.
