Chongqing Pengwei Chemical to shut its PTA unit for maintenance turnaround. The unit was shut down on 6th Jan 2019. The reason has not been specified yet by the company for this shutdown. The unit will remain off-stream for around 10-12 days.Unit is based at Chongqing province of China and has the production capacity of 9, 00,000 tonnes/year.
