Thailand based PTT Global chemical is going to increase its annual petrochemical capacity by 7% in 2016, as per market source. PTT Global chemical is one of the largest players in Asia, and will be expanding its Ethylene and Aromatics production, up from its current 8.75million mt/year.
Expansion will be completed through increasing its Para Xylene capacity by 115,000mt/year, Phenol by 250,000mt/year, Benzene by 35,000mt/year, Ethylene oxide by 90,000mt/year.
