Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) plant was shut down for a maintenance turnaround. According to sources, the production was resumed on 13th September 2016. Earlier it was shut down in the month of August 2016. Unit is located at Chiba in Japan, the unit has the production capacity of 90,000 mt/year.
