Reliance is likely to start its PTA plant no2 and PET plant in the month of September 2015. Company has already commissioned its PET and PTA plant in the month of April. The PTA unit will have the manufacturing capacity of 1.5 mt/year and PET 6,50,000 mt/year. The feedstock for these units will be provided from its Dahej unit. With addition of these new capacities Reliance will be among the top five manufacturers in the world.
