Dow has delayed the restart of no2 cracker unit. The plant was shut down for maintenance turnaround. The plant was originally shut down in the first week of March and was schedules to restart in last week.
The reason behind this delay has been the tight market conditions for Ethylene and Propylene. Now the unit is likely to restart in last week of April. The plant is located at Terneuzen in Netherlands.
