South Korea based Tongsuh Petrochemical has restarted its No.3 ACN plant in mid-November, 2015. Plant has been shut down for maintenance turnaround. It remained shut for around one month. Plant is located at Ulsan, South Korea and has production capacity around 245,000MT/year
