The two companies has joied hands to form joint venture in petrochemical sector in US gulf coast. The project is estimated to cost around $ 7.3 billion financed by its own resources and other funding.
The project will include establishment of an Ethylene production unit with annual capacity of 1.8 million tons. The project will commence only after four years in 2022.
