The Samsung Group’s major petrochemical subsidiaries Samsung General Chemicals and Samsung Total Petrochemicals now will be renamed as Hanwha group of subsidiaries. The two companies have been merged and has now become the part of Hanwha group.
The company is now in process of appointing new executives.
