China based Sinopec Great Wall Energy operates its VAM unit at reduced rates. The unit is based at Yinchuan in Ningxia province of China and has the production capacity of 4,50,000 mt/year. The unit has been operating at 50-60% of its operating capacity. The reason behind this slow operation is equipment related problems.
