China based Changzhou Donghao Petrochemical will restart its SM unit by next week. The reason behind this shut down has been the heavy rainfall in the Jiangsu province of the country. This province has been facing flooding situation and has experienced heavy rainfall in the month of June. Due to this the plant was shut down in the first week of June itself.
