South Korean producer Kumho P&B is holdup the restart of its No 3, 150,000 tonne/year BPA line at Yeosu from a routine maintenance to around mid-October, 2015. Kumho P&B’s BPA plant was initially scheduled to be off line for 40-45 days from 19 August.
