In order to execute maintenance turnaround, Japan based Taiyo vinyl is planning to shut its Cracker most likely in March, 2016. It could not be ascertained as to how long the plant will remain shut. Plant is located in Yokkaichi, Japan and has production capacity around 500,000mt/year.
