Taiyo Vinyl is planning to shut its polyvinyl chloride plant for maintenance turnaround.
As per report, the plant is anticipated to be shut in March to April 2017 and will remain shut for around 4-5 weeks. It is located in Yokkaichi in Japan and having the production capacity of of 310,000 mt/year.
