Poly Vinyl Chloride unit is likely to be shut by Taiyo Vinyl for maintenance turnaround. The plant is expected to go off-stream in the first quarter of 2017. It is expected to remain off-line for around 4-5 weeks in the month of April. Unit is based at Yokkaichi in Japan and has the production capacity of 3,10,000 mt/year.
