Yuhuang Chemical Inc. (YCI), a subsidiary of Chinese Shandong Yuhuang Chemical co. has agreed to a contract to Amec Foster Wheeler (AFW) for groundwork related to construction of Methanol manufacturing complex in Mississippi River in St. James Parish, La.
As per the report, AFW will allocate early construction, engineering & procurement services and project management for Phase 1 of the grassroots complex, which includes a 1.7 million-tonne/year Methanol plant.
