Weekly Price Trend: 12-03-2018 to 16-03-2018

 The above given graph focuses on the Acetone price trend. If we take a quick look at the above given weekly prices, it can be observed that this week prices of Acetone have decreased. By the end of the week prices of Acetone were assessed at the level of Rs.59.5/kg for Kandla and 59.5/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

• For the current week in domestic market acetone price have plunged and in compare to previous week and at the end of the week prices were assessed at the level of Rs 59.5/kg for Kandla and Rs 59.5/kg Mumbai ports.
• This week in international market, prices of Acetone have increased in compare to previous week.
• This week Acetone prices have escalated in international market on improved demand.
• East China acetone inventories rise 1.7%.
• China's FCFC Ningbo shuts its phenol/acetone unit as planned.
• This week domestic benzene prices in east China plunged.
• This week oil prices have followed volatile inclination.Oil prices edged higher in choppy trade on Thursday, supported by a pickup in equity markets but pressured by expectations that crude supply will exceed demand later this year.
• On Thursday, closing crude values have increased. WTI on NYME closed at $61.19/bbl; prices have increased by $0.23/bbl in compared to last closing prices. While Brent on Inter Continental Exchange increased by $0.23/bbl in compared to last trading and was assessed around $65.12/bbl.
• Feedstock benzene prices in east China plunge due to weak market sentiment.
• Feedstock benzene prices have decreased in Asian market this week.
• FOB Korea and CFR China prices of Benzene were evaluated at USD 845/mt and USD 855/mt respectively.
