Weekly Price Trend: 18-06-2018 to 22-06-2018
The above given graph focuses on the Acetone price trend. If we take a quick look at the above given weekly prices, it can be observed that this week prices of Acetone have plunged. By the end of the week prices of Acetone were assessed at the level of Rs.56/kg for Kandla and 56/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

Above graph represent the total imported quantity of Acetone for the month of May, 2018.
Last month total import was around 22093MT. As per chart last month at Bombay port imports was higher while at Ennore port import was lesser.

- For the current week in domestic market acetone price have plunged and at the end of the week prices were assessed at the level of Rs 56/kg for Kandla and Rs 56/kg Mumbai ports.

- This week crude oil prices have followed volatile trend. On Thursday Global benchmark Brent crude extended losses ahead of Friday's meeting of the OPEC, where producers are expected to boost output.
- On Thursday, closing crude values have plunged. WTI on NYME closed at $65.54/bbl; prices have decreased by $0.17/bbl in compared to last closing prices. While Brent on Inter Continental Exchange decreased by $1.69/bbl in compare to last closing price and was assessed around $73.05/bbl.
- This week East China benzene inventories rise.
- Benzene inventories at shore tanks along eastern China fell.

- FOB Korea and CFR China prices of Benzene were evaluated at USD 800/mt and USD 815/mt respectively.
