Weekly Price Trend: 09-04-2018 to 13-04-2018

• The above given graph focuses on Formaldehyde price trend for the current week.
• If we take a quick look at the above given weekly prices, it can be observed that the market of Formaldehyde had followed weak trend in the domestic market and at the end of this week price were assessed at the level of Rs. 16.25/Kg at Ahmedabad Port.

The above given chart shows the comparison between domestic price trend of Formaldehyde and Methanol from 09th April to 13th April, 2018.

Previous week prices of Formaldehyde had followed -firm inclination and at the end of the week prices were assessed at Rs.16.75/Kg at Ahmedabad port. Prices of Methanol which is a feedstock of Formaldehyde had followed up-to-firm trend and at the end of the week on prices of methanol were evaluated at Rs 32.75/kg for Kandla and Rs 32.5/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

This week the domestic market of Formaldehyde had followed weak trend and at the end of the week prices were assessed at Rs.16.25/Kg at Ahmedabad port, The prices of methanol had followed weak proclivity, on 09th April, 2018 Methanol prices were assessed at Rs 33.25/kg for Kandla and Rs 32.5/kg  for Mumbai ports and at the end of the week on 13th  April, 2018 prices of methanol were evaluated at Rs 31.5/kg for Kandla and Rs 30.5/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

CFR India prices of Methanol were assessed in the range of USD 416/MTS. This week prices have decreased by USD 6MT in compares to last assessed price.
