Prices of Methanol which is a feedstock of Formaldehyde had followed up trend and at the end of the week prices of methanol were evaluated at Rs 36.25/kg for Kandla and Rs 36.25/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

This week the domestic market of Formaldehyde had followed up trend and at the end of the weak prices were assessed at Rs.18.5/Kg at Ahmedabad port, The prices of methanol had followed up trend, on 22nd Oct, 2018 Methanol prices were assessed at Rs 38/kg for Kandla and Rs 38/kg for Mumbai ports and at the end of the week on 26th Oct, 2018 prices of methanol were evaluated at Rs 36.25/kg for Kandla and Rs 36.25/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

CFR India prices of Methanol were assessed in the range of USD 449/MTS. This week prices have decreased in compares to last assessed price.
