- Presently IPA market is moving with soft velocity no major deals and discussion has been heard from end users.
- Presently IPA market demand from end users has been weaker and trade discussion remained sluggish.

- This week oil prices have followed little volatility and at the end of the week prices sharply have plunged. On Thursday oil prices crashed to five-month lows as concerns about global oversupply wiped out all of the price gains since OPEC's move to cut output.
- China’s Tianjin Dagu Chemical is scheduled to restart its 150,000 tonne/year propylene oxide plant in Tianjin on 20 May.
