• This week in domestic market prices of Melamine standard and commercial quality have increased and at the end of this week price were assessed at the level of Rs. 122Kg for Ahmedabad and Rs.119/kg for Mumbai ports and commercial quality were evaluated at Rs. 121/kg for Ahmedabad and Rs.119/kg for Mumbai.
• This week International Melamine standard prices have remained firm in compare to previous week, while commercial quality prices have remained firm.
• Presently melamine market is moving with firm velocity in China on Lunar new year holiday in near term it is anticipated that prices will go up as after holiday market will come into business mode.
• As per report, ZAP Pulawy plans for melamine turnaround on MII starting mid June.
• Total imported quantity of Melamine for the month of January, 2018 was around 3512MT.
