- This week prices have followed volatile trend. By the end of the week domestic prices were assessed Rs 45.5/Kg for bulk quantity for Kandla and Rs.45.5/kg for bulk quantity for Mumbai ports of India.

- CFR India prices were evaluated at USD 690/mt, prices have increased in compares to previous week.
- CFR China price of toluene were assessed at the level of USD 645/mt.
- FOB Korea prices were evaluated at USD 630/mt prices has increasedin compare to previous week.
- FOB Korea and CFR China prices of Benzene were evaluated at USD 765/mt and USD 708/mt respectively.
- East China toluene prices fall tracking crude decline on OPEC.
- China’s Changling Refining & Chemical to restart its aromatic unit.
- As per report, the abundant supply situation in northeast and southeast Asia is anticipated to continue into May and June, which could counteract expectations of better demand.
- This week oil prices have followed volatile trend. On Thursday, Crude oil prices plunged more than 5 percent below $49 per barrel for its biggest daily drop in three weeks as OPEC members agreed to extend oil output cuts for nine months, crude oil traders pushed prices down by more than 4%.
- As per report, OPEC and some non-OPEC members agreed to extend oil supply cuts of 1.8 million barrels per day for a further nine months in a bid to stop waving prices. However, the move disappointed some who had hoped for longer or deeper cuts.
