The Centre will give ten new buses to the Assam government which would be run by methanol as a pilot project for public transportation. European petrochemicals producer Ineos has declared a force majeure on oxo-alcohols production at its 330,000 mt/year oxo-alcohols plant in Lavera, France. The commercial production has started now by OCI Natgasoline plant this week which marks the commencement of a new era in the US methanol industry.
