Royal Dutch Shell said plans to resume Europe's largest oil refinery by the end of August it was shut on 30th  July due to fire at a power plant. Shell began restarting some units at the 404,000-barrels-per-day Pernis refinery in Rotterdam. We hope to restart most of our units before the end of August," a company spokesman said. Indorama Ventures Will be restarting its Ethane cracker near Lake Charles in Louisiana. "Approximately 90% of the output produced will be used as a feedstock at [Indorama's] Texas EO/EG facility," the company said in a statement.
