Assam Petrochemicals Limited is planning to invest about INR 1337 crore to set up second unit for the production of methanol and Formalin.
As per report, the new plant in Namrup will produce around 500 mt per day Methanol and 200 TPD Formalin. With these the overall capacity of APL will be amplified to 600 TPD of Methanol and 325 TPD of Formalin.
