Gujarat Narmada fertilizers Company is planning to take its Acetic Acid unit off-stream for maintenance. The restart date has not been specified yet by the company. The unit us based at Bhahruch in Gujarat. The unit has the annual production capacity of 1,55,000 tonnes/year.
GNFC is a major producer of urea and ammonia as well as chemicals such as methanol, aniline, toluene di-isocynate and formic acid.
