Formosa2 Petrochemicals Corporation is in process of restarting its cracker unit no 3 in near future. 2Earlier the unit was shut down for maintenance in the second week of August 2017.
Unit i2s based at Mailiao in Taiwan and has the production capacity of 1.2 million mt/year, prop2ylene production capacity of 600,000 mt/year and butadiene production capacity of 176,000 mt/2year.
