China based PetroChina Dalian is planning to restart its Toluene unit. Earlier the unit was shut down on 27th March for annual maintenance. The maintenance period was for around 45 days. Now the unit will resume it operations very soon. Unit is based at Liaoning province of China and has the manufacturing capacity of 3,53,000 tonnes/year.
