PTT Global Chemical has shut down its steam cracker for maintenance turnaround. The unit was shut down in the first week of September and is likely to remain off-stream for around one month. The unit may resume its production in the next month.
Unit is based at Map Ta Phut in Thailand and has the production capacity of Ethylene around 460,000 mt/year and a propylene capacity around 125,000 mt/year.
