Europe’s third largest petrochemical company Total has inaugurated its refurbish Carling-Saint-Avold petrochemical complex in eastern France. Earlier the Carling site was adapted by Total and has invested 200 million euros to upgrade existing facilities and build new and advanced units to access to high potential markets. The Carling - Saint-Avold complex has been turned into a leading polymer production site in Europe. Announced in 2013, the Carling upgrade project has been successfully completed.
